Merry Christmas 🎄🌲 and Happy New Year in advance 🥳.
Have you ever gone to a naming ceremony, where the mother and everyone else forgot the baby to be named inside the house, while the celebration had started?
Like the main reason they came, is not in the party. But inside the house. Asleep in his cot. And forgotten?
It could happen o.
I've never gone to a real one though.
But it could actually happen.
When you forget why you celebrate Christmas and you think eating and drinking is all there is to Christmas, then you actually made it happen.
You forgot that the baby is the reason you called the party.
"I hope in your celebrations today, that you did not forget the reason for the season, JESUS."
Jesus brought life, hope, eternal joy and many more positivities.
The one who brought those ought to be celebrated to, at least, show our hearts of appreciation and gratefulness.
If you can make Christ your friend, then you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of His coming.
He calls to all. It doesn't matter who you are, what you have or what you've done.
He loves you so much to send you away.
John.3.16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
Luke.2.11 - For there is born to us this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
